The conflict in Ukraine has caused destruction of infrastructure and civilian casualties and has forced people to flee their homes seeking protection and assistance. Millions of refugees from Ukraine have crossed borders into neighboring countries and many more are on the move both inside and outside the country.

Our Response and How to get involved

SERV International is currently operating in an undisclosed location in Ukraine and along the border of Hungary, with plans to expand outreach into Poland if given the opportunity. As part of our relief efforts, SERV has deployed two teams and secured partnerships with local churches to provide SERV food, essential support, and other necessary resources to refugees fleeing the war.

Our SERV Ukraine team is divided into two distinct groups to provide refugee relief:

Team Red: Inside Ukraine

Team Blue: On the Border of Hungary

We are currently in need of funding to continue our current response and to meet the need in the immediate areas we have been called to serve. As you can imagine, this is an ever changing situation so we will continue to be flexible and safe with our response as the situation evolves.
